Such a strange pendant I don't know the age of it but the little mummy inside appears to be gold and inlaid with something pinkish red does anyone know what the hieroglyphics say

1920's, Egyptian revival. It's possible the hieroglyphics don't say anything but are just decoration. These come in silver & silver gilt.

I'm not sure what the red is, never seen this before. Look after your mummy, they often get lost. Also made little mosses in baskets. Google them.
