Dragons83 of 260Possible hair barrette. Completely sealed inside glass case. Can anyone tell me who, what, and when regarding this amazing piece?!

    Just got this in an estate, with an old Chinese bronze vase , measures 12" in diameter and 4" high. Hollow on the inside but doesn't open. Anybody have any idea what it is?
