Orange marbleized wood bib style choker with brass chain

Hello again. Does anyone have any information on this choker. I purchased at an Estate Sale of a woman who owned an antique store. She had $100 on it (which I did not pay.. lol). I searched for markings, but found nothing. I'm hoping to find the era and region it is from, along with the artist? Any info would be helpful. Thank you in advance for your help.
