Is this what they call, Fine American Brilliant Cut Glass?
The overall piece is very sharp-- especially the ends. It is smooth on the inside except where it comes out to the spikes. The base is thick and ultra clear. With a white light I see various other colours in the piece. There are no visible mold lines.
So what is it?

"R" list them as c1996; I'd think molded lead glass/crystal
