Victorian diamond quilted satin glass vase with a ribbed pattern, in rainbow stripes, measuring 13 cm tall, & most likely English. I have numerous examples of Victorian satin glass, but this has got to be the best, & my favourite of all of them. A very lucky, reasonably priced find on Australian eBay - a buy it now - which I jumped on the minute I saw it.
I love this one Lace! The color's lovely, the shape, with all those ribs, is wonderful and all those bubbles (I have no idea what they're called) add another level of interest to the piece. Well bought!

The ribbing certainly creates an extra level of interest on top of the air trap pattern.
