Bohemian red trailed satin glass jar with silverplate lid

This is for Michelle, who recently posted a Bohemian pink & yellow striped iridescent lidded jar, which is the same as one I have.
I mentioned that I also have a similar jar with red trailed decoration, so here it is - made from clear glass with a satin finish, the ruby red trailwork meanders around it randomly. It measures 8 cm tall & 6.5 cm wide across the top. The silverplate lid is marked E.P.N.S.
This was purchased at a flea market around 15 years ago.
Any thoughts on who might have made it are much appreciated.
