Miniature hat box gift certificates

My Dad was general manager at J.C. Penney's Co. My mother gave me this hat certificate after Dad passed. I thought it was really cool! I remember men wearing hats as part of their attire for work , church and special occasions. If you were giving a hat as a gift, clothing stores would give you a miniature hat and hat box gift certificate, so the recipient could try on and pick out the right size, color... miniature hats and hat boxes are so neat!!!!
