Scale & weights??

I honestly don't know much about this at all, other then I know it's old. It was my grandparents and I believe it may have been their parents. If anyone can give me any information about this..Dated when? Made by? I believe the weights are cast iron. I trying to find this information out, as my mom would like to possibly try and sell this.
