This rocker has been around since I can remember! My whole family has rocked their kids in it. I believe its only been refinished one time. I've looked around, searching for something similar so that I may in the future sell. The carving is just beautiful! Its a full material backing. I believe it came from my Mothers Aunt after her passing back in 1974.
Anyone have info on this beauty of a rocker...

The carving is very close to two piece that I have. Luckily one was dated 1950 Eatons and the other not dated. There were several manufacturers who were making these traditional "antique" designs and made them well. I was surprised to see some made in the 90's very similar to mine with nice leather upholstery.
