I think maybe some sort of Asian doll but i dont know because its all in another language. Just trying to get her history shes new to our collection

The language is Russian, written in the Cyrillic alphabet. I don't read it so I can't begin to tell you what it all means but the "CCP" would indicate Soviet era and what looks like "Ka3" is Cyrillic abbreviation for Kazakstan. So, yes, Russian and Cossack.
