Old Coke Machine - Would like to know what kind this is and how much it may be worth?

I would like some help determining how old this coke machine is and it's value. I was offered this machine for $150, but it looks to be in rough condition and I am not sure if it is worth the gamble. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
