      This looks like an after market patch someone made and sold. It is sloppy stitching and the lettering isn't something normally seen in an I corps shoulder patch or their flag. Just my 2 cents.

      I believe that the patch is post-KW to about early 1960's. It may or may not have been used as a shoulder patch as during this period of time soldiers took some liberties with the patch when leaving for another assignment. In my collection I hav a patch of the 7th Infantry Division with a tab at the bottom with "13th E.C.B." (Engineer Combat Battalion). Just my opinion.
