Sad document: Consular Polish PP of Jewish diamond cutter of Polish descent who worked in Antwerp diamond district pre-war. What's pictured is his identification and photo pages. He traveled in Europe between 1937-40 with trips to or through adjacent countries - Swiss, German, Belgian, French, Hungarian, Austrian, and Dutch Visas, travel stamps and revenues are within that document his movments - as is a pictured "desperation " Visa for Thailand, left unused for 1941-2, as he probably could not obtain an exit visa to leave. He was caught up in the German occupation of Belgium and subsequently deported to Auschwitz were he was most likely gassed on 4-10-42 according to the Yad Vashem Database. The document was renewed in Antwerp every year - the last was on 2-13-40 good for two years. Sorry about the sideways photos - I took them vertically, but they post horizontal, any tips?
