Morgantown Knickerbocker Hotel Top Hat Cocktail Ruby Red Glass
    From the internet:
    TOP HAT MORGANTOWN 1942 KNICKERBOCKER
Morgantown introduced this figural stem cocktail glass called a TOP HAT in 1942,
This martini or cocktail glass measures 3-1/4" across the rim and 2-3/4" foot diameter and is 5-1/4" high. The stem is the head of a man wearing a top hat and monocle. Originally called a HI-HAT cocktail, they were made exclusively for the Knickerbocker Hotel.
