I love angels and when I saw this lamp in a local ad I knew I had to have her. I'm new to collecting so I'm borrowing a jewelry loupe from a friend to try and read the maker marks. I really do not believe the shade is the original one. What do you think of her?

Where are the makers' marks? Has it been converted to an electric lamp?

The shade has mark but I don't have a lens strong enough to make them out. Hopefully I'll have a jewelry loupe.

Lamp shades don't usually have makers marks on them, unless they're like a Tiffany lamp. I also asked you if it has been converted to an electric lamp?
