Cpf bulldog pipe

Awesome tobacco pipe I purchased recently. I’ve researched and found the cpf stands for colossus pipe factory. The wood is likely briar wood and I believe the stem is made of horn. Someone has a lot of talent and took some patient to craft this tobacco pipe . Haven’t located a similar pipe yet? Would like comments from anyone with knowledge for this piece.
