This is a piece from my garage art. A co-worker of mine gave this to me for my birthday years ago knowing that I collected unusual stuff.

It's very rusty and pitted but you can still see the remains of the blue paint. It has the original red globe. The lettering is difficult to read with the corrosion but it says, "City of Seattle Water Department" and "Handlan St. Louis USA ".
