Pale Blue WEISS Brooch

This piece styled in a triangle shape brooch is signed WEISS.

the center is open where 3 blue marquis stones meet,
with alternating smaller rounds.
After the 3 marquis stones in a row are 2 teardrops stones,
each of the teardrop stones form a tier of 3 baguettes along each triangle side,
each baguette stones - almost white with the tips graduating to a darker blue.

Not a large brooch at 1-1/2" to each side. the 3 tiers are about the same in height.
Absolutely beautiful.
