Small green ceramic jar, silver overlay Lenox J1219

Another item from my mothers collection / store stock. Lenox, green wreath stamp on the bottom, and marked "J1219" in the silver band around the bottom of the piece. I believe the "J1219" is the Lenox pattern number, but I can't find any info on what other pieces would have made up the set/settings, or for that matter what this piece actually is? It is about 3 3/4" tall and has a cutout in the lid for a spoon and a silver wire handle that folds.
