Hi I picked this up this morning, it is signed but I can’t read it, it does need restoration, can anybody tell me anything about it please, and does anybody have idea about age? Thanks above wales is an initial .

Your pictures are very blurry. And if you posted a picture of it square, we might have a better chance. But there's a lot of similar paintings by tons of different artists..very popular style image.
