Need help identifying makers mark on this huge Turquoise and Garnet cross !

I have looked everywhere to try and find who made this cross. The maker's mark is very clear and looks like a stylized longhorn cow, there is a smaller mark just beside it too.
The pinkish-red stones are garnet and appear to be an old mine cut. If anyone can help me find out who made it and when I would be very grateful..
