Pair of plates who would like to know their maker and pattern

I found these in my grandmother's things and am confused as to the maker and pattern. A friend said they could be Fenton but there is no mould number. I found information that Charleton hand painted pieces from Fenton, Cambridge, Consolidated, Westmoreland, Heisey and other makers. Any help would be appreciated.
