Pair Bohemian cased marbled glass vases with raised enamel decoration

I picked up this neat pair of Victorian era glass vases today at the newly resumed monthly antiques fair. They were a great deal & I think they're something special, too.
They are made from three layers of cased glass - clear over swirling dark red & white, with an orange red interior. The vases measure 12 cm tall, 3 cm across the top rim, & 4.2 cm across the base. No pontil marks are visible.
The pair has orange raised enamel decoration of lily of the valley flowers, as well as gilding on the top rims.
The shape is simple, with a slight twist - pushed in sides.
I know these are Bohemian origin, but I'm not sure if they are a type of marbled/stone effect glass, or a swirled, elongated spatter.
Welz has made a similar coloured spatter, but I can't find any Welz items in this shape. Have I found a rare Welz shape, or are these by another maker?
Either way, I'm very pleased with them!
Perfect condition, circa 1880s or so.
