Reddish brown enamel bear with orange enamel Belly with green glass or stone eyes. There is a marking right behind the ear I believe it reads a2045 OR A2043,would really like to learn more about this bear and it's maker. If anyone knows or has seen one like him please drop me a note.

Cute & unusual animal pin. Possibly made by Sphinx of England, many of their designs had A before a number. They used very similar cabochon eyes on some of their animal pins, i.e., try a google search "Sphinx monkey brooch" and you'll see an example
