A Stunning Set of Sixteen (16) Antique Glass Waistcoat Buttons - Late 1800's - Ball Shaped - 7/16" - Trying to put a little history back together - I recently got this carded set of five buttons from London. I have been collecting these buttons for a few decades and rarely see them on cards. I bought six of these buttons as a set from London about 6 years ago and the rest about 10 years ago out of the U.K. The Long Brass Shanks are all identical and the hand gathered swirling is just fantastic! These buttons came a long way to the U.S. in different time frames from U.K./Europe and it is nice to see them together again.
