I am thinking this is a bronze from H.B. Hirsch as it is marked Collection Francaise USA. Unless it is a copy? But the mark looks good to me. I have not seen this particular bronze very often and never with the hoop. Any Comments please?

Yes Hirsch made the Collection Francaise pieces. Most were started after Hirsch received all of the 2000+ parts of the moulds which were dug up in Paris under the old foundries after 1967 and this would be later 1970's made. Usually with this little statuette they made it like she was kicking a large ball. I have a lot of info on my posts of these kind of lamps.
