Antique Glass Brass Ceiling Light Fixture Flush Mount BELL LIGHTING Rare

Was hoping someone has info about this antique brass and glass flush mount ceiling fixture. It does have a plaque with a name on it but all I can make out is Bell Co. The first two letter are hard to make out but could be A. G. but not sure.

If any one knows the maker from the brass plaque would so appreciate any info. Thanks so much for looking : )
