Antique Glass Vase

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely heavy Glass vase, it’s unbelievably heavy, not sure what kind of glass it is, but has a old Irish kind of look about it, but could be English, some of the old experts could tell the makers by the stars cut on the base, but I don’t think any exist anymore, but I know this is antique , 15cm high, 14/12 cm across , wondering if anyone knows anything .
