I have an opportunity to buy what is being sold as two 1986 & 87 Rosenthal Nutcrackers but can't find anything onlne that looks like these or has the Rosenthal name. Does someone out there recognize these?

I have both of these nutcrackers but don't recall what I paid. Probably less than $30 each. The Red one comes in different sizes. They are both made in what used to be East Germany. The bottom says German Democratic Republic which was East Germany. I bought mine while in Germany in the late 80's early 90's. Not sure how you know what year they were made though. Mine don't have a date. I collect nutcrackers and am definitely not an expert but do enjoy my collection. I often go to this website http://www.erzgebirgepalace.com to start my search. Good luck.
