This is a taprstry I found the date I am trying to show in the corner seems to be March 8th 1927. In the Chicogo Daily Tibunel newspaper that is the back of it has John Hertz purchases Miami Beach Residence March 7....from the former Eugene Ceutoure home at Miami Beach adjoining Harveys S Firestone winter which is concidered one of the most beautiful oceansside estates in S Florida. The consideration announced was $115,000
