I have 2 of these 1 is complete and the other is cut can i fix this ? anyone know about fans? I am a guy and no idea what i am doing, both are identical and have 2 sides Red birds and green men Thanks

These guy from a pawn store told me this fan was broken i sell it to them. They cut this and want me to give some $ back. No way this fan would be like this? they cut it?
These are great I also have a small collection of them may 6 or 7 1 of which ic silk, signed & boxed the best thing is I baught it for peanuts almost at a second hand shop. Very lucky I will have to start taking some photo's. Good luck getting information.
