Need help identifying

I picked this bike up a while back, I have had no luck figuring out what it is ? My guesses are by looking at others pics. , Columbia, Westfield , CWC, Indian. The middle straight bar tube on both end are welded it in differently than rest of welds. I kinda remember seeing the same welds on a Westfield Moto bike. _____Not sure if other components on bike are original to bike.
