California Pottery USA / Bird Figurines and Bowl /3 Piece Set /Circa 1940's 50's

I usually don't buy damaged pieces, but these were so pretty. It's a dining room table centerpiece with two bird figurines and a large kidney shaped bowl. I looked at them and was sad to see a chip in the larger birds tail (underneath) and one wing's tip nicked (but not the beaks ?!). The smaller bird had just a nick out of the top leaf tip. The bowl had the tiniest nick in it's edge. The bowl had gotten separated from the figures and they were all priced individually. I knew it all belonged together because the bowl is marked the birds have numbers and they all matched color wise.They're done in taupe, and shades of green,which is really nice. A little comment about the damage and I got all three pieces for five bucks ! I couldn't pass it up . -Mike- ( Note : Posted a better picture. Lots of light reflections they aren't all chips..lol )
