Vintage "Nouveau" Labeled Hand Crafted Vase / Unknown Origin and Age

This piece came from Salvation Army this morning. They were just getting ready to put it in the case and Christi asked me if it was something I'd be interested in. I said "as long as it doesn't say China on it ......oh yes!" It has a gold label that just says Nouveau "Hand Crafted" no country or anything else. I really hope it's not China or T.J. Maxx. Even the ones online have little information other than a "vintage" piece. It's an interesting design with blue speckles on a clear body and neon yellow handles. It stands 10 1/2" tall. It's a bit dirty inside at the bottom so it looks cloudy in the pictures. Kind of reminds me of a squids body changing colors. I know I'm weird...lol -Mike-
