More Highly Decorated Sugar Shakers

Here are 3 more highly decorated sugar shakers that are very interesting. I believe that the center and right shakers may be produced by Phoenix and not sure of the left concerning its origin.
All have 2 piece tops with the one on the left measuring an unusually tall 6 inches!
The other two amberina glass (center) measures 5 3/8 inches and the Vaseline comes in at 5 inches (right). Most typical barrels are approx. 5 3/8 or so, the Vaseline shorter example is a bit unusual.

Note: The lids on the center and right look out of proportion, this is due to the camera lens and not truly accurate.
