Green Glass with Enamel Decoration

I found these two small glass pieces today. Although they appear like a matching pair on the first look, the decoration is rather different.
The condition is good but there are some little chips on the rim. I think they have been well loved.

Based on the design and decoration, I would date the two pieces to the late Victorian era. Both pieces are unmarked but they have a European feel.
